  • Custom Software Solutions

Note: Scope of work will be defined in individual proposals or contracts.

2 Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing will be defined in proposals or agreements.
  • Advance payment may be required before project commencement.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
  • Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per Indian regulations.

3 Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Final delivered and fully paid projects belong directly to the client.

Company Rights

Cloudra Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Any unpaid work remains the property of Cloudra Technologies.

4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate information Provide content on time Ensure rights to shared materials

Warning: Delays from the client side may affect project timelines.

5 Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client data and business information.

6 Limitation of Liability

Cloudra Technologies is not liable for:

Business losses
Indirect damages
Data loss
Algorithm changes
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7 Termination

Either party may terminate
Outstanding payments must be cleared

8 Governing Law
